JESUS' love compelled Him to die for you--
"All we like sheep have gone astray . . . and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all" (Isaiah 53:6).
"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness" (1 Peter 2:24).
JESUS is living today--
"Behold, I am alive for evermore" (Revelation 1:18).
"I . . . overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne" (Revelation 3:21).
JESUS knows all about you--
"The ways of man are before the eyes of the Lord, and he pondereth all his goings" (Proverbs 5:21).
"For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7).
JESUS can forgive your sins--
"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).
"Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow" (Isaiah 1:18).
JESUS is all-powerful--
"All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth" (Matthew 28:18).
"The things which are impossible with men are possible with God" (Luke 18:27).
JESUS seeks your companionship--
"Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me" (Revelation 3:20).
JESUS takes away the fear of death and makes life worth living--
"Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" (John 14:27).
"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly" (John 10:10).
JESUS will never leave you--
"I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee" (Hebrews 13:5).
"My Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him" (John 14:23).
JESUS has gone to prepare heaven for you--
"In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. . . . I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also" (John 14:2,3).
JESUS will reward you for faithfulness--
"Your reward is great in heaven" (Luke 6:23).
"Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be" (Revelation 22:12).
